GC Partnership is a London based design and construction consultancy offering the full range of design, management and procurement expertise.

GC Partnership was founded in 1962 and has grown steadily in both size and depth of expertise. This growth has been organic and has been driven by an increasing and diversifying client base.

We provide the full range of services along the construction timeline from pre acquisition feasability, through masterplanning, detailed design procurement and site supervision. Our approach to design is to develop cost effective and sustainable solutions whilst minimising impact on the environment and maximising the use of renewable resources.

GC Partnership is owned and managed by four directors with a combined experience of over 120 years over the ever evolving environment of construction in the United Kingdom. Each of the directors has a discipline expertise in the component strands of Development and Regeneration, Architectural Design and Project Management, Infrastructure, Geo-Environmental and Civil/Structural Engineering. This knowledge and specialisation is the foundation on which the strength of the partnership stands. Each director has teams of associates, comprising the full range of technical skills appropriate to their professional discipline.

We promote the continuing professional development of all staff and ensure that the latest Information Technology systems are available. A belief in the investment of staff in this way creates the right environment to promote involvement on both a project and company level and innovations in design.
