GC Partnership are able to offer a comprehensive range of CDM Project Safety Advice Co-ordination to clients. Considerable and diverse experience has been gained since the introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations in 1994 (revised 2007) ranging from small single one-off projects to multi repeat projects on framework agreements.

The Disability Discrimination Act impacts upon existing as well as new buildings and out team are able to provide comprehensive advice to ensure property owners fulfil their obligation.

CDM Co-ordination

Our team of MaPS accredited CDM Co-ordinators offer tailored packages of services which are project specific. Our approach to planning supervision is proactive and our belief is that a fully integrated team delivers the best and safest solution to any construction project.

dda audits

GC Partnership have been appointed by a number of clients to assess and report upon their existing buildings and advise on remedial measures required to bring buildings in line with current requirements under disability discrimination legislation.

health and safety management

We have developed our range of services to include the provision of advice on health and safety related matters to clients to provide a 'one-stop' approach including:

  • Provision of advice to designers on relevant H&S matters
  • Assistance with hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Undertaking site audits of contractors' H&S management
  • Undertaking H&S audits of existing premises
  • Advising on management of asbestos within buildings
