GC Partnership's project management teams comprise senior members of the various discipline teams chosen on a best skills match basis. GC Partnership project managers work closely with client's representatives and external design team members to for see problems and mitigate impact.

remediation and civil engineering projects

GC Partnership were commissioned to project manage the remediation and site preparation of a former coalfield. This initially involved the selection and appointment of other design team members, liaison with Local Authority consultants and local and regional planners. Following planning approval, GC Partnership project managed the design and implementation of remediation/soil improvement, the provision of infrastructure and 2 hectares of peripheral landscaping.

the management of in-house multi-disciplinary teams

Very often a client will employ GC Partnership on a multi-disciplinary basis, including a project management role. In some ways an in-house project manager faces greater challenges. With all such commissions GC Partnership nominates a director as project manager ensuring effective control throughout the life of the project.

schools and colleges

GC Partnership have carried out many project management commissions for school extensions and improvements. In all such projects the management of client aspirations in keeping with budget and legislation is critical. GC Partnership's project managers form close working relations with school staff and education authority representatives to ensure all parties needs are met within the constraints of budget and programme.
