The project relates to the construction of a new Community Centre and Doctor's Surgery required to service the expanding residential development at Chatham Maritime.

The brief required the creation of an environmentally sustainable building which was achieved incorporating the use of solar panels and exceptionally high levels of insulation. Upon completion the building received a nomination for the Kent Design Awards in the Public Buildings category.
