The site is located in Folkestone near adjacent to the M20 junction 13. The project entailed regeneration of approximately 10Ha into commercial and industrial units. The existing junction that served the site was deemed inadequate for the proposed future development.

GC Partnership carried out a comprehensive traffic assessment (including travel plans) which concluded in the proposals requiring traffic signals and significant geometric alterations. The information was then used as part of the planning submission. GC Partnership subsequently carried out the site masterplanning, detailed design of the roads and infrastructure, site investigations and plot allocations.
