Full architectural, structural, HVAC and M&E design for a new-build scheme on a green-field site.

The project provided new office accommodation for the site utilities engineering team and control command centre for the site power-house whilst also housing boiler feed water process equipment and data centre.

An external process tank farm and new gantry systems provided utilities storage and distribution for connection onto existing site services.

The structure, architecture and building services were fully modelled to ensure co-ordination and assist with design of the facility from initial concept stages. This model was also used to provide early client involvement with respect to user requirements, maintenance needs and approvals prior to construction.
