Neats Court Phase 1 is the initial part of a Thames Gateway development project comprising 180,000m2 of commercial, industrial and retail plots plus the associated infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities) on the Isle of Sheppey.

The project relies upon a complex sustainable urban drainage system to manage all of the surface water involving open channels The hydrological design was undertaken by our engineers. We also undertook the utilities masterplanning and coordination, detailed infrastructure design, contract preparation and administration of the contract on site.
