The project scope is for the construction of a two storey doctor's surgery and attached pharmacy on a restricted green field site. The current medical practice is situated in a very large converted Victorian dwelling in a busy residential back street with congested access and impact to local residents. The new building will be within walking distance of the town centre to be located off a new access from the town bypass.

Planning approval has been gained and highways agreements are in place. In order to reach the current position significant liaison has been necessary with the local authority.
