Design and Build of a Multi Disciplinary Teaching Laboratory inclusive of Cat II Contained Processes. Maximum capacity to allow for 110 students. Full Architectural and Structural Design supported with comprehensive pressure controlled HVAC, and mechanical and electrical services, including bottled gases, water services, drainage and supplementary cooling, power, data, lighting smoke and fire detection,
and audio/visual systems.
The project was essentially a refit of an existing cellular office area located on the 8th Floor of a 9 storey university in the centre of Leeds. The area was designed to be "opened" up to create a light and spacious environment for the students and lecturers and also to allow clear nobstructed viewing for the students during lectures and training,
