GC Partnership was originally commissioned to survey a conservation pond and boating pool, inspect an historic lodge and investigate extensive areas of seasonal flooding. GCP were also instructed to advised on all new M&E services for the proposed park restoration
GCP concluded that the conservation pond was in need of complete reconstruction and the boating pond extensive repairs and restoration. Both water features also needed the installation of recirculation/aeration systems. The lodge also need extensive repairs to its fabric and services.

Following a detailed geotechnical survey GCP proposed a series of vertical drains into the underlying porous gravels to provide a drainage path in order to relieve the seasonal flooding.  GCP also designed a complete power, water and communication strategy for all aspects of the park restoration and laiased with the local Public Utility Companies as necessary.
