The project relates to the creation of 28no. small to medium sized Industrial and Storage Units for freehold sale. The developer required maximum site coverage and economical design however neatly styled buildings. The site is located on a peat marsh adding to the sub-structure costs further reducing the available budget for the architectural elements to make the scheme viable.

Modular and standard building components were specified with interest created in the alignment of overlapping cladding panels to create differing blocks to colour detailed to suit the upper mezzanine level windows. This created an element of identify between Units rather than complete visual repetition across the development.
