We were appointed as the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the regeneration of this disused paper mill. We acted for SEEDA in their joint venture with Gillcrest Homes to develop 406 homes, a care home, retail, office, café/restaurant/bars and community facilities.

Our role included the initial negotiations in connection with the joint venture development agreement and ongoing monitoring and protection of SEEDA's interests under that agreement, including negotiating ongoing development phases.
