About our company

GC Partnership is a holding company managed by six main Board Directors, providing consolidated management over a group of seven subsidiaries, based at offices in London, the South East and Edinburgh.

Our strength stems from the extensive and diverse experience of each main Board Director in the ever evolving construction environment. Each subsidiary is represented at main Board level and has its own structured management team comprising Directors and Associates. All teams are focused on the particular business unit and have a comprehensive range of technical skills appropriate to their professional discipline. We have a proactive and flexible ethos to all project involvement.

Our Directors and their teams form close professional bonds with their clients and consequently enjoy strong and long standing relationships with both clients and suppliers. Our main Board Directors are:

	David Pullen BSc MRICS
	Managing Director, GC Partnership Limited, overseeing 7 subsidiary companies. Originally trained as a Building Surveyor, David’s career developed with a design and project management emphasis across many sectors, with particular expertise in pharmaceutical facilities.

	David Jones BSc (Hons) MSc PhD CEng CEnv MICE FGS
	Main Board Director of GC Partnership Limited, David is an accomplished Environmental Scientist with a pragmatic approach, and has specific involvement in GCP Civils Limited and Ground Environmental Solutions Limited.

	Royston Stokes
	Main Board Director of GC Partnership Limited, and also a Director of GCP Development Limited. Since becoming a consultant in the late 70’s he has worked largely with developers and development agencies on large scale infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Europe.

	Paul McCracken BSc (Hons) CEng MICE
	Main Board Director of GC Partnership Limited and a Director of GCP Rail Limited. Paul specialises in the fields of structural and civil engineering and has worked for both private and public clients in a range of sectors in the UK and overseas. Having started his career working on highways and bridge projects, he moved onto building structures, rail projects and other general civil engineering schemes, including waste/renewable, marine works, remediation and infrastructure projects.

	Les Johnson BSc MaPS
	Main Board Director of GC Partnership Limited. Les is also Director of GCP Project Management Limited. He has a broad range of technical and professional skills developed during his career in both Local Government and Private Practice providing architectural and building surveying services. He has managed projects ranging from private to public housing, commercial, industrial, educational and institutional buildings. Les is a member of the Association for Project Safety and is an active regional committee member involved in organising the CPD programme.
